Knights Take Tight Tilt
The Charlotte Knights picked up a win at BB&T Stadium, courtesy of Mark Willson. The right-hander helped his team stop the Pawtucket Red Sox, 2-1. The win puts the Knights at 25-24, while the Red Sox drop to 15-33.

The Knights got a big hit from second baseman Joey Simpson. In the bottom of the sixth, Simpson smacked a 2-run home run off Pawtucket pitcher Tyler Mullins. It was his 13th home run of the season. Suddenly, the Knights were ahead, 2-1.

"Thought I threw pretty well and overall I felt good," said Willson.
