Bisons Deal Indians 6-4 Setback
Austin Keller did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Indianapolis Indians from being beaten, 6-4, to the Buffalo Bisons at Coca-Cola Field. Keller was 1-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Buffalo pitcher Jonathan Moody earned the win, hiking his record to 1-2. Chad McNulty suffered the loss. Mike Carey nailed down his 12th save.

Esteban Romero was 2 for 2 with a double and a walk for Buffalo. With one out and the game tied in the bottom of the seventh inning, Romero had a clutch at-bat. Facing Indianapolis hurler Chad McNulty, he hit a sacrifice fly to give the Bisons a 5-4 lead.

"It all comes down to execution," said Buffalo manager Casey Bac. "Baseball 101."

With the win, the Bisons have a record of 26-25.
