Lehigh Valley pitcher Jose Rivera did his part in helping his team beat the Gwinnett Braves, 4-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. Rivera got the win, improving to 5-3. He gave up 6 hits and walked 1 over 7 innings. He allowed 2 runs. Lehigh Valley is third in the North Division with a record of 26-27.
