IronPigs Reel-In 4-0 Win Over RailRiders

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs took on the Scranton WB RailRiders at PNC Field.
The Lehigh Valley IronPigs knocked off the Scranton WB RailRiders, 4-0, in International League action at PNC Field. Lehigh Valley pitcher and Elgin, Illinois, native B.J. Bingham had an outstanding performance. Bingham, now 4-6, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 4, walking 0, and allowing no runs. Tom Fetherolf wrapped it up, recording his 1st save.
David Trujillo had a big solo home run for the IronPigs in the top of the sixth inning. With Lehigh Valley leading 1-0 and the bases empty, he got a fastball from Kirk Wharton and swatted a home run to left-center. It was his 5th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the IronPigs ahead, 2-0.
Trujillo told the Lehigh Valley Today: "Win or lose, I don't want to see our team outhustled."
The 4th-place IronPigs are now 29-31, the RailRiders 22-39.
