The home crowd had a good time watching the Rochester Red Wings and Scranton WB RailRiders get after it.

David Shamp had a hand in Scranton WB defeating Rochester by the score of 8-5. Shamp went 2 for 4 at the plate, scoring 2 times and driving in 1 runs. The RailRiders move to 33-30 with the win, while the Red Wings drop to 34-30.

The RailRiders benefited from a costly error in the bottom of the fifth. With Jesus Canales at bat and Scranton WB leading 5-4, the Rochester miscue allowed Scranton WB to plate 1 and take the lead, 6-4.

"We swung the bats good throughout the lineup," said Scranton WB skipper Justin Brock.
