Chihuahuas Solve Sacramento in Extra Innings
The El Paso Chihuahuas defeated the Sacramento River Cats, 7-3, in 10 innings. Doing his part was left fielder Matt Mountain, who went 2-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. Arturo Robles earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3 innings. He upped his record to 2-0. El Paso sits at 6-5.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With one out, Mountain hit a fastball from Jamie Estrella for a grand slam home run. The Chihuahuas, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
