The Round Rock Express beat the Omaha Storm Chasers, 7-6 -- though it took them 11 innings. Round Rock catcher Lance Bennett had a pretty good game. He went 3-5 with 3 singles. He scored 3 times. David Ruff picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-0. David Sonnenberg was tagged with the loss. The victory makes Round Rock 6-7.

The Express got a clutch hit from center fielder Felipe Fernandez. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single to right-center, to win the game for the Express.

"I'm as polite as the next guy," said Bennett. "But not when the game's on the line."
