Fresno and El Paso duked it out and the Grizzlies came out victorious.

In the 5-3 Fresno win over El Paso, the impact of Tony Tenesaca was substantial. Tenesaca, who is tied for 9th in the PC in home runs with 3, went 2-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. El Paso now is 11-5.

Matt Carocci drove in one run for Fresno. The 25-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Alexis Sandoval. It was his 12th RBI of the season.

Tenesaca called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
