Travis Gibb accomplished one of the rarer feats in baseball when he hit for the cycle against the Reno Aces in the 25-7 Fresno Grizzlies win at Aces Ballpark.

Afterward, Gibb acknowledged that his accomplishment was special, but said he was more interested in helping the Grizzlies win.

"Maybe one day I'll look back on this with more meaning, but right now I just want to go out tomorrow and put some good swings on the ball and help my club win another game," Gibb said.

On his historic day, he went 4-for-6 with 6 runs batted in and 5 runs scored -- and also got a spot in the history books.

Travis Gibb hit an RBI triple in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Omar Cadet in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th, struck out in the 8th and walked in the 9th.

This season, Gibb is batting .362 with 29 hits and 1 home run. He has scored 14 times and has 18 RBI.
