Bees Earn Late 10-9 Win
The Salt Lake Bees outlasted Itsuro Kojima and the Omaha Storm Chasers, 10-9. Kojima was impressive in the loss. The Omaha second baseman went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Salt Lake reliever Hugo Quevedo snagged the win, upping his record to 1-1. Sam Leonard shouldered the loss. The third-place Bees now have a win-loss record of 17-19.

Jeremy Greene was the walk-off hero for Salt Lake. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Bees pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

Greene told a Salt Lake Gazette reporter that the win made him feel "upbeat about our team."
