Nashville and El Paso duked it out and the Sounds came out victorious.

Malachi Bazile impressed in the 7-5 Nashville win over El Paso. Bazile, who is tied for 3rd in the AC in doubles with 11, was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. Chris Miller earned the win to go to 4-3. He allowed 5 runs on 7 hits, with 1 walk and 9 strikeouts in 6.1 innings of work. Mario Rodriguez was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.

Nashville took the lead in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Chris West stroked a run-scoring double to make it 6-5, Sounds.
