The Oklahoma City Dodgers picked up a win at Cashman Field, downing the Las Vegas 51s, 10-6, in 12 innings. On the mound for Oklahoma City was right-hander Juan Velasquez, who played a pivotal role in the win. Oklahoma City reliever Brian Harvey was the winner. His record is now 2-0. The losing pitcher was Chris Nieves. The win for the Dodgers raised their record to 23-15.

Oklahoma City used the timely hitting of Gaige Spicer to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 12th inning to put the Dodgers on top, 7-6. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Spicer.
