The El Paso Chihuahuas defeated the Albuquerque Isotopes, 4-3. Doing his part was catcher Josh Long, who hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Arturo Robles closed out the game, earning his 1st save. The Chihuahuas improved their record to 26-27 with the win over Albuquerque.

El Paso took a 4-3 lead on Long's 5th home run of the season. The solo home run, which he hit off Dan Poff in the top of the seventh, propelled El Paso to the win.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Long told reporters after the game.
