Salt Lake Bees starter Kevin Plume had all his pitches working at Smith's Ballpark. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 8-1 Salt Lake win over the El Paso Chihuahuas. Salt Lake occupies third place in the Pacific Conference South Division at 31-25.

El Paso had little success against Plume and his sinker. Plume tossed 113 pitches over 8.1 innings for the Bees.

"Kevin was pretty good at keeping their guys off-balance," said Salt Lake manager Aaron Hunt.
