The Salt Lake Bees and Reno Aces played an exciting game.

Salt Lake right-hander Kevin Plume helped his team edge Reno by the score of 3-2. Plume kept the opposing lineup in check. Salt Lake has now won 5 games in a row.

Had Mario Sandoval not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, Sandoval hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 2-1, in favor of the Bees.

"Kevin is a tough competitor," said Salt Lake manager Aaron Hunt.
