Behind a fine performance from Kevin Cascadden, the Reno Aces knocked off the Salt Lake Bees, 8-6. Cascadden slugged 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Aces. The second-place Aces sport a record of 29-37.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Byron Levin? The Reno shortstop had a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Aces on top, 4-3. For the game, Levin had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"It was a solid team effort," Levin said. "That's usually what it takes to win."
