Colorado Springs Sky Sox starter Sean Dale turned in a top-notch performance against the Omaha Storm Chasers at Security Service Field. The result was a win for the Sky Sox, 4-1. The Sky Sox are now 31-37.

Sam Gilpin, who is tied for 10th in the AC in stolen bases with 11, contributed to the Colorado Springs win with a solo home run in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the center fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 1 run batted in.
