Ferreras, who leaned on his cutter, allowed no runs on just 1 hit over 7 innings for the Dodgers. For the most part, Omaha hitters were simply overmatched.

"Luis pounded the strike zone and made good pitches when he needed to," said Oklahoma City manager Hector Pinero.
