The Reno Aces beat the El Paso Chihuahuas, 8-1, at Aces Ballpark. Reno designated hitter Austin Estes led the way. He went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. The win has Reno at 27-44.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Aces grabbed the lead when Estes hit his 5th home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Donovan Scott made it 3-1, Reno.

"We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Matt Pace.
