Brad Stoves of the El Paso Chihuahuas toyed with the Albuquerque Isotopes today, blanking them 3-0 at Southwest University park. He was almost untouchable, baffling them on a 2-hit shutout with 9 strikeouts and 3 walks.

"I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," Stoves said in the clubhouse after the game. "But it didn't even feel like I was sweating out there."
