Storm Chasers Come Back Late to Top Redbirds, 6-4
Memphis right fielder Jeremiah Ford had a good game, even if his team did not. The Redbirds dropped a 6-4 decision to Omaha at AutoZone Park. Ford was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. Omaha now sits in third place in the American Conference North Division at 38-39.

Omaha used a clutch hit from Josh Noland to get the win. The left fielder drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Storm Chasers ahead, 6-4. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We'll kick back tonight and enjoy this win," said Noland.
