Riding the 3-hit performance of the 25-year old first baseman Alex Razo, the El Paso Chihuahuas stopped the Tacoma Rainiers, 9-0. The winner in relief was Keith Stricklin. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3.2 innings. He now owns a record of 4-5. Jorge Espino, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save.
