New Orleans turned a good effort from starter Mike Lekas into a win over the Colorado Springs Sky Sox at Security Service Field. The Zephyrs won the game, 4-0. Earning his 5th save of the year was Jared Norton. New Orleans has now won 4 straight.

New Orleans won the game in part because of Ron Lenz. The left fielder ripped a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Zephyrs ahead, 2-0. For the game, Lenz had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.
