Dodgers Snatch 2-1 Win
|
Oklahoma City Dodgers starter Mauricio Moreno pitched a good game to help his team take down the Omaha Storm Chasers, 2-1. Oklahoma City is now 50-34, 3 games up in the American Conference North Division.
Julio Maldonado, who is tied for 9th in the AC in doubles with 20, helped out the Oklahoma City cause in the bottom of the first inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the third baseman did the little things right to help the team.
"Clutch hitting plus clutch pitching usually equals a win," said Maldonado.
