LaBoube Jacks Two Home Runs in 10-3 Albuquerque Win
Getting offensive support from Jon LaBoube, the Albuquerque Isotopes topped the El Paso Chihuahuas, 10-3. LaBoube hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Isotopes. Jimmy Kaufmann, credited with the save, is now 8 for 10 in save opportunities. The win gives Albuquerque a season record of 52-48.

Brian Huffman had a big grand slam home run for the Isotopes in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Albuquerque trailing 3-1 and the bases loaded, he got a sinker from Jason Kelly and swatted a home run to center. It was his 5th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Isotopes ahead, 5-3.

"We take it day by day here," said Huffman, "and today was a good one for us."
