The El Paso Chihuahuas stormed past the Oklahoma City Dodgers, 13-4, at Southwest University park. El Paso second basemanAaron Podolak , who is tied for 2nd in the PC in stolen bases with 20, led the hit parade. He slugged 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 5. The win was credited to 26-year old left-handed pitcher Jason Bingham in relief. His record improves to 7-8. Andy Washburn took the loss. The defeat makes Oklahoma City 52-46.

With El Paso leading 4-3 in the bottom of the fifth, Podolak hit a splitter from Andy Washburn for a run-scoring triple. It was his 4th triple of the season and put the Chihuahuas ahead, 5-3.

"We hit the ball hard," said El Paso manager Matt Pace. "Line drive after line drive."
