Kroc Helps Redbirds Defeat Grizzlies, 9-2
The Memphis Redbirds thumped the Fresno Grizzlies, 9-2, at Chukchansi Park. Seth Kroc was a big reason his team got the win. Kroc was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. With the victory, the Redbirds record stands at 55-48.

The Redbirds got a big hit from second baseman Mike McDowell. Facing Fresno pitcher Miguel Fregoso in the top of the sixth, McDowell pounded a 2-run home run to left-center. His 1st home run of the season put the Redbirds ahead, 3-0.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Kroc.
