The Oklahoma City Dodgers took Tacoma pitcher Carlos Vasquez's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The final score had Oklahoma City getting past the Rainiers, 1-0. Vasquez went 7 innings and allowed 1 run, striking out 8. Josh Salvino locked down his 7th save. The first-place Dodgers, at 75-29, now lead their division by 18½ games.

Oklahoma City took control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and a runner on 2nd, Noah Sanders hit a run-scoring single to make it 1-0, Dodgers.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Sanders said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
