Buffalo Makes It 7 Straight with 2-0 Win
In a tight contest between the Buffalo Bisons and the Indianapolis Indians, John Ferch was the determining factor. The Buffalo right-hander sparkled in his team's 2-0 win. Indianapolis falls to 6-7.

Buffalo needed the clutch hitting of Steve Pena to seal the deal. The center fielder swatted a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Bisons on top, 1-0. For the game, Pena had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
