Extra innings were needed to determine a winner at Isotopes Park.

The Oklahoma City Dodgers defeated the Albuquerque Isotopes, 10-8, in 10 innings. Doing his part was designated hitter Mac Reichert, who went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Oklahoma City reliever Chad Sanner picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Juan Mata was saddled with the loss. The save went to Chris Waltz, number 2 for him.

Oklahoma City needed the clutch hitting of Roy Lazzaro to notch the win. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Dodgers on top, 10-8. For the game, Lazzaro had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Sweet win for us, tough loss for them," said Reichert.

Oklahoma City is third in the American Conference North Division with a record of 56-53.
