Ruiz Propels Albuquerque Offense in 11-3 Rout
Getting offensive support from Francisco Ruiz, the Albuquerque Isotopes topped the Round Rock Express, 11-3. Ruiz was 4-5 with 4 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for the Isotopes. Roberto Aguilar, credited with the save, is now 1 for 1 in save opportunities. The Isotopes lead the Pacific Conference South Division by 14 games.

Albuquerque used a well-timed hit by Brandon Bales to capture the win. The catcher socked a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Isotopes ahead, 3-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.
