Biron Goes Deep Twice in 7-1 Chihuahuas Win
The El Paso Chihuahuas topped the New Orleans Zephyrs, 7-1, at Zephyr Field. El Paso right fielder Kevin Biron was a spark plug for the offense. He went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. With the win, El Paso goes to 60-57, while the Zephyrs fall to 61-56.

Biron had a key at-bat for El Paso in the top of the second. With the bases empty, he hit a solo home run. It was his 16th home run of the season and gave El Paso an early 1-0 lead.

"It was a solid team effort," said Biron after the game.
