Storm Chasers Tuck Away 4-2 Win Over Memphis
Ray Blasetti pitched well, but his team, the Memphis Redbirds, still dropped a 4-2 decision to the Omaha Storm Chasers at Werner Park. Chris Hardy recorded the save for Omaha, his 2nd of the season. The third-place Storm Chasers are 56-63.

With a runner on 2nd and one out in the bottom of the seventh inning, second baseman Melvin Pereira delivered big for the Storm Chasers. Omaha was trailing 2-0 when he belted a 2-run home run.

"I thought we played a nice game," Pereira told the Omaha Observer. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
