The Salt Lake Bees and Albuquerque Isotopes delighted fans at Isotopes Park.

Albuquerque starter Danny Hoyt kept the Salt Lake offense in check, while his team rolled to a win, 11-2. Hoyt went the distance for Albuquerque. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits.

The Isotopes got an important contribution from right fielder Roberto Velasco, who in the bottom of the fourth punched a 0-2 changeup into left-center for a run-scoring triple. It was his 4th triple of the season and put the Isotopes ahead, 3-1.

Salt Lake manager Malik Saddler called the blowout loss "ugly."

The first-place Isotopes have a one-game lead in their division.
