Bees Walk It Off for 53rd Win of Season
Earl Jones, who leads the PC in complete games with 3, had a strong outing for the Salt Lake Bees against the Sacramento River Cats at Smith's Ballpark. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. The Bees win now puts them at 53-70.

The decisive blow was delivered by Matt Paccione in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run double off 26-year old right-handed pitcher Ron Courtois to win the game for Salt Lake. The home crowd went nuts.

"This place went bonkers," Paccione said.
