Jake Lutz brought his A-game to help Albuquerque defeat the Fresno Grizzlies, 5-1. Neal Gregory locked down his 2nd save. The third-place Grizzlies dropped to 51-73.

Albuquerque took advantage of an error in the bottom of the seventh inning. The game was tied, 0-0, when Leo Lundberg hit a run-scoring single that was misplayed. It put the Isotopes in front, 1-0.

"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Lutz said.
