Kevin Plume was nothing short of phenomenal for the Salt Lake Bees. The 22-year-old right-hander was a big reason his team beat the El Paso Chihuahuas, 7-0. The Bees raised their record to 68-57.

The Bees liked what they saw from Plume. The 22-year- old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Chihuahuas to no runs on 4 hits over 7.1 innings, and striking out 10.

"It's always nice to be on the winning side," Plume told the Salt Lake Today. "But we take nothing for granted."
