Express Rally to Win
The Round Rock Express picked up a win at Dell Diamond, taking down the New Orleans Zephyrs, 4-3, in 10 innings. On the mound for Round Rock was left-hander Kyle Travers. He played a central role in the triumph. Round Rock reliever Scott Haney snagged the win, upping his record to 1-0. Joe Davis shouldered the loss. The Express improved their record to 60-64 by beating New Orleans.

The Express got a clutch hit from center fielder Jake Finkelson. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Express.

"Main thing is I want the team to win," Travers told a reporter after the game. "Just have to go out there, take care of my job, and give my team a chance to win."
