Mike Bartley pitched a strong game at Isotopes Park today, blanking the El Paso Chihuahuas 6-0. Bartley allowed no runs on 2 hits, totaled 9 strikeouts and gave up 1 walk.

Albuquerque manager Caleb Eldridge said he could tell immediately it was going to be a good game for Bartley.

"Right from the start, you could see how economical he was," Eldridge said. "He threw a lot of strikes."
