The Dodgers grabbed a win, 3-1, at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, overcoming a fine effort from Omaha pitcher Corey Pounds. Pounds went 6.2 innings and allowed 3 runs. Mark Crawford was the winner in relief. His record is now 2-2. The losing pitcher was Corey Pounds. The Dodgers lead the American Conference North Division by a game.
Designated Hitter HermÃnio Cochat made an impact for Oklahoma City, when he swatted a run-scoring triple off Corey Pounds in the bottom of the third. For the contest, Cochat went 1-3 with a triple and a walk.
