The Memphis Redbirds knocked off the Omaha Storm Chasers, 12-7, at AutoZone Park. Ruben Cardenas hit 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 4 runs. Memphis bumps their record to 66-62 with the win.

Memphis took advantage of an error in the bottom of the eighth inning. The game was tied, 7-7, when Taylor Lennon hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put the Redbirds in front, 9-7.

"There's a lot of good karma around our club," said winning manager Justin Tullar.
