Storm Chasers Win 6-5 Nail-Biter Versus Zephyrs
The Omaha Storm Chasers defeated the New Orleans Zephyrs, 6-5, in 10 innings in American Conference action at Werner Park. Omaha pitcher Jalen Covington had a standout performance. Omaha is second in the American Conference North Division with a record of 75-62.

The Storm Chasers got a clutch hit from third baseman Bobby Ruiz. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Storm Chasers.

Covington said afterward that he was "glad the fans were treated to a good ballgame."
