Reno pitcher Tyler Taylor had a large part in his team subduing the El Paso Chihuahuas, 5-2. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. The winner was Taylor. He threw 5.0 innings of 3-hit ball. The loser was Jose Perez. Yes, it was a win for Reno; but their 43-94 mark is nothing to crow about.
