Dodgers Handed 5-2 Loss by Round Rock
|
Round Rock took on Oklahoma City in front of a lively crowd.
The Oklahoma City Dodgers went down to defeat to Kyle Travers and his Round Rock teammates. The final score was 5-2, in favor of the Express. Round Rock is now 65-71, Oklahoma City 88-50.
The Express got a big at-bat from right fielder Jon Blacker. For the game, Blacker was 1 for 4 with a double, while adding 3 RBI. In the bottom of the first, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 8th double of the season gave Round Rock a 3-1 lead.
"We did the things it takes to win a ballgame," said Round Rock manager Yukio Tanaka.
