Bisons Stay Hot with Extra-Inning Win
Scranton WB wasted an exceptional performance by pitcher Ricky Roy, falling to the Buffalo Bisons, 7-3. Roy threw 8.0 innings of 3-hit ball for the losing team. Buffalo reliever Dustin Marks picked up the win, upping his record to 4-5. J.P. Van Nostrand absorbed the loss. The second-place Bisons go to 43-37.

Buffalo won the game in part because of Will Gilmore. The designated hitter ripped a 2-run double in the top of the 11th inning to put the Bisons ahead, 5-3. For the game, Gilmore had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

"I feel like we're rolling now," Gilmore told the Buffalo Daily News."The dugout is coming alive."
