Strickland Powers Red Wings to 8-5 Win
Danny Strickland had a 3-RBI game, during Rochester's 8-5 triumph over the Buffalo Bisons. Strickland contributed 2 singles and 2 home runs to the cause. Rochester reliever Nick Kaiser picked up the win, upping his record to 6-1. Kevin Qualls shouldered the loss. The win elevated the Red Wings to 43-37.

Strickland had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a first pitch changeup from Kevin Qualls, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Red Wings a 7-5 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Strickland.
