The Indianapolis Indians wasted an impressive 6.1-inning effort from starter Tim Russell, falling 2-0 to the Scranton WB RailRiders at Victory Field. Ryan Iraggi got the win, improving to 4-2. Scranton WB used the timely hitting of David Frye to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the RailRiders on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
