Red Wings Walk It Off for 57th Win of Season
The Rochester Red Wings topped the Syracuse Chiefs, 3-2, in International League action at Frontier Field. The game was highlighted by the performance of Rochester pitcher Anthony Mizell. Rochester pitcher B.J. Williams got the win, upping his record to 2-1. Johnny Reed got the loss. The Red Wings saw their win-loss record go to 57-52. At the same time, the Chiefs fell to 58-51.

Eddie Pizana was the walk-off hero for Rochester. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Red Wings first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring double to send the teams home.

"I tell our guys all the time, 'Every pitch is the right pitch if you put it in the right place, you believe in it and have conviction,'" Rochester manager Mark Seyler said.
