The Rochester Red Wings grabbed a win, 6-2, over the Scranton WB RailRiders at Frontier Field. Rochester left fielder Matt McElhose was 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5. The victory gives the Red Wings a record of 60-53.

In the bottom of the tenth, with the score tied, McElhose hammered a grand slam home run to win it for Rochester.

In postgame comments, McElhose said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
