Melvin Sanchez had an answer for everything the Rochester Red Wings threw at him at Frontier Field. The Gwinnett catcher went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Braves a win, 20-3.

Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Sanchez said, "I just see the ball and I hit it."

Melvin Sanchez hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Matt Kameron in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Caleb Clark in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
