Late Rally Earns Buffalo 9-8 Win
The Buffalo Bisons outlasted Matthew Kucek and the Gwinnett Braves, 9-8. Kucek was impressive in the loss. The Gwinnett shortstop went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Dustin Marks notched his 22nd save in 25 chances. At 65-52, the Bisons claim first place in the North Division.

Tony Sauceda was 1 for 4 for Buffalo. The 27-year old third baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the eighth. With one out and a runner on 3rd, he broke a 8-8 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Sam Crum. It was his 34th RBI of the season.

"Enjoyed this one," Sauceda told the Buffalo Daily News. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
